Twitter Moments available to all users

Twitter moments is rolling out to all users. First on the web, then coming to the mobile App.

Haven't got this yet, but am interested in trying it out soon. Really it's just a slightly prettier on platform version of Publish which I have made use of.

Moments is really a Creator / Curator feature, so the question is: how many people will use it?
